General terms and conditions of business

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, coaching, consultations and programs of Bodyspire Nutrition Coaching, which are carried out within the framework of nutrition coaching – online or on site.

2. Description of services
Nutritional coaching aims to promote health, well-being, and personal development. The consultation is based on current nutritional science findings and the individual situation of the client.

Note: Coaching is not a substitute for medical examination or treatment. No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given. Clients remain responsible for their own health and decisions at all times.

3. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is formed as soon as the client books a service (in writing, by telephone, or via the website) and the coach confirms this booking. By booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
Current prices are listed on the website or in the respective offer documents. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance. For online programs, access is granted upon receipt of payment.

5. Appointment cancellations and withdrawals
- Individual sessions: Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
For cancellations at short notice or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
- Programs / Packages: No refunds are possible after the coaching has started.
In exceptional cases (e.g. illness, force majeure), a rebooking can be arranged.

6. Disclaimer

The coach assumes no liability for any health, emotional, or financial consequences that may arise from implementing the coaching content. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk. Nutritional coaching is not a substitute for a medical examination, therapy, or medical advice. In case of doubt, it is recommended to seek medical advice.

7. Copyright
All content (texts, worksheets, videos, templates, etc.) is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed, or published without the coach's written consent.

8. Data protection
Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively within the context of coaching. Storage and processing are carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details can be found in the privacy policy on the website.

 

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the coach's place of business (Felben-Wellhausen, Canton Thurgau).

 

10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates its intended economic purpose.
